Returns and Cancellation

As Dragon Burners customer you have right to return any product with in 14 Days as long as it is in unopened/unused and in original condition. Once your return has been received than you will receive a refund with in 7 working days from the time item has been received by our return department. Customers also will be responsible for any return charges. Delivery charges will not be refunded and any applicable restocking fee might be applied at our discretion as stated below.

As a catering equipment supplier to the trade only, all returns are subject to authorization by Dragon Burners and are potentially subject to a re-stocking fee (usually 5%). Any goods to be returned must be unused and still in the original packaging. Where an item is returned there will be a re-stocking charge and all returns must be notified to the sales office within twenty four hours of the delivery and will need written confirmation of the above points by the client.

You may normally cancel your purchase prior to the item being delivered subject to that item not having been dispatched, however there will be a minimum of 5% charge of the order value to cover card handling costs and associated administration costs. If an item has been dispatched there may be a cancellation fee to cover relevant carriage fees.

Please ensure all deliveries are checked at the time of delivery as any damaged goods that are not signed for as being so may not be able to be claimed for. Please remember it is your responsibility to check all deliveries at the point of delivery not after.
